3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to employer customers and authorized administrators, service providers, payment or reimbursement partners, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics and support providers, professional advisors, and government authorities where required or permitted by law.
If you use Tedy through your employer, information related to eligibility, claims status, balances, usage, and reporting may be made available to your employer or its authorized administrators according to the employer's program settings and applicable law. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.
8. Your Choices
You may be able to access, correct, or update certain account information through the platform. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance.
